Our Management Team

Aida L Falkenhan has been with Equinvests Capital since 2016 as the Controller, in charge of the Human
Resources; Preparation and analysis of financial statements and budgets for the management company
and 5 managed companies which include preparation of schedules for Outside CPA firm for tax return
filings.

Prior to working for Equinvests Capital she worked for 7 Real Estate Funds which bought houses,
remodel and fix them to then sell them at a profit. She also has experience in international
manufacturing and wholesale industries, which have helped her get a clear understanding of the needs
of each industry.

Aida is bilingual and bicultural (English/Spanish) and has a BBS degree from the University of Baja
California in Tijuana, Baja California Mexico.
