Our Management Team

Eduardo Efter, oversees all corporate and property administrative functions and manages property operations throughout our commercial office portfolio in Southern California. Eduardo has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate development and management industry.

Upon graduating from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor in Business Administrations with concentrations in Real Estate, began his career with Alegria Real Estate LLC; an investment fund which became one of the largest Homebuyers in San Diego County. As a Senior Project Manager, Eduardo oversaw the purchase of over 200 distressed properties and managed over 50 million of real estate assets.

Eduardo, a native of Mexico City, Mexico, focuses on his goals and works passionately at attaining them.
