In 1998 Elias Lilienthal immigrated to the United States from Mexico City, where he was CEO/President and shareholder in multiple family-owned manufacturing companies in a variety of industries.

In the United States Elias Lilienthal was actively involved with ALEGRIA REAL ESTATE in the acquisition of foreclosed houses, development and construction of custom homes and other real estate investment and development activities from 2010 to 2015. During this years ALEGRIA acquired, remodeled, fixed and disposed over 200 foreclosed houses in San Diego.

Since 2015 Elias Lilienthal its fully involved with Equinvests Capital a privately held commercial real estate group that specializes in the acquisition, improvement, financing, re-positioning, and management of value add commercial real estate properties .

He has been an active member of the Young Presidents Organization since 1996.
