Our Management Team

Samuel Efter, Co-Founder of Equinvests Capital, is responsible for developing, managing and implementing the company’s acquisition. Samuel has over three decades of real estate industry experience and has overseen more than $1 billion in transaction volume.

With a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana de Mexico focuses on perfecting and overseeing the areas of Architectural, Engineering, and Development Design. Samuel is also responsible for sourcing private capital and managing new and current investors.

Today, Samuel lives in San Diego where he is actively engaged in the real estate industry in both Mexico and the United States. Over the years, Samuel has played an integral role in assembling a wide range of Real Estate projects, consisting of land development, hotels, and commercial properties.
