Vivianne Guzman maintains a commercial portfolio of properties in San Diego County. Responsible for operational and administrative functions, Vivianne provides oversight of maintenance related projects, negotiating leases and tenant improvements. Vivianne’s strong background, customer service focus, and communication skills have made her an asset to the Equinvests Capital Team.

With over 10 years of residential and property management, Vivianne brings a wealth of industry experience to the Property Management Team at Equinvests Capital. Prior to joining Equinvests Capital, Vivianne managed a residential property portfolio. Her background in property management has exposed her to a variety of industry related projects.

Vivianne, a native of San Diego, is bilingual and bicultural (English/Spanish). She strives to provide exceptional management support to the clients and tenants of Equinvests Capital.
