Carleton Management Divests 36,000 SF in San Diego

Equinvest Capital acquired the three-story Scripps Mesa Office Park building at 9988 Hibert St. in San Diego, CA, from Carleton Management, Inc. for $6.45 million, or about $179 per square foot.

The office park delivered in 1986 at 9988 Hibert St. in San Diego County’s Scripps Ranch submarket. It totals 36,120 square feet and was 100 percent leased at the time of sale.

Randy LaChance with Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller and was the sole broker on the sale.
